This unique sound experience will be working with our sacred breath whilst being bathed with the Alchemy crystal singing bowls beautiful crystalline frequencies.

Each day, our body absorbs energy from our external environment which isn’t in alignment with our well-being. Anything that isn’t resonating with our natural vibration can have an adverse effect on either our physical, emotional/mental and etheric bodies, creating imbalances within our chakras and body as a whole.

With our breath and through particular hand placements we will be working with either 1, 3 or 9 of the main chakras, Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Thymus (Higher Heart), Throat, Third Eye, Crown and the Zeal to help release any excess energy that has accumulated within.

To further enhance and aid you on this sound journey, the singing bowls pure crystalline tones will be flowing through every cell within the body to release that which isn’t needed. This will help to realign, balance and harmonize each chakra back to their natural vibrational frequency which enables the body to become re-connected within oneself, others and the Universe.

Overall, this experience will be unique and personal for each person. The alchemic process will be activated through combining your intention with the breath. In doing so, whilst releasing and healing your body on every level you will be re-connecting with the ancient healing we all once knew but have forgotten through time.
